" Pure emotion 2005"
- The OSMOZ c/o Firmenich Company, registered with the Registre du Commerce et de Sociétés in NANTERRE, FRANCE under number RCS B572 020 253, whose Head Office is located at 93, Avenue Charles de Gaulle 92200 NEUILLY SUR SEINE, FRANCE organizes a free contest. No purchase is necessary. The contest is entitled "Pure emotion 2005".
Promotional period begins on :
- July 8th, 2005 and ends up to and including September 25th, Midnight 2005 for France USA and Germany.
Contest is open to France, USA and Germany residents only. Only one entry per household (same name and same address). OSMOZ and Firmenich staff and their relatives are not eligible.
To enter, participants will need to connect to the osMoz web sites (www.osmoz.com, www.osmoz.fr, de.osmoz.com) or other websites and participate in the poll by answering all the questions before September 25th, 2005 midnight, (French time). Entries with incomplete or inaccurate information, or submitted after the promotional period are void.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify participants’ identity and address.
Internet connection costs (maximum three minutes) will be refunded upon request. Amount of refund is based on current France Télécom rates. Postage will also be refunded upon request at the lowest current rate. To request refund, write to:

DRAWINGS
A random drawing of acceptable entries will be conducted under the supervision of the law offices of Mr. MANCEAU - authorized depositary of the present official game rules - located at rue Saint Charles 75015 PARIS, FRANCE. 10 winners will receive each the following prize:
For France and Germany residents :
200 Euros Gift certificate.
For USA residents :
US$ 200 Euros Gift certificate.
NOTIFICATION
The winners will be notified by e-mail sent to the addresses shown on the entry form.
The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or postpone the contest or to substitute the prize with another prize of equal value and nature under special circumstances without any liability to participants.
The Sponsor reserves the right, unless otherwise stated, to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, winners’ names and address for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation. In accordance with the Data protection and civil liberties law of January 6, 1978, participants have the right to access or modify any personal information. By entering the contest, participants agree to comply fully with the present official contest rules.
