L’ouverture fruitée et exotique de Bombay Bling se fait sur des fruits (mangue litchi, cassis) et quelques épices, révélant un effet légèrement exotique. Le cœur est un bouquet de fleurs blanches : jasmin Sambac (originaire d’Inde), ylang, tubéreuse, frangipanier et gardénia. Plus oriental, le fond mêle le bois de santal et des notes de patchouli, tabac et vanille. Parfumeurs : Bertrand Duchaufour.

Fruité et pétillant, Bombay Bling est une fragrance créée par Neela Vermeire en collaboration avec le parfumeur Bertrand Duchaufour. La créatrice s’est inspirée de l’Inde pour créer une ligne de parfums qui rend hommage aux différents visages de son pays natal. Bombay Bling dévoile l’aspect contemporain de l’Inde… Bombay est décrite comme une ville colorée, vivante et joyeuse.

I love the bottle, love the fragrance name and all the contrasting ingredients. This truly sounds like it is a destination fragrance. It should be considered as one.

Bombay Bling is just great ! Intensely fruity and lush, like an Indian dessert, it expresses well the dichotomy of modern India : on the one hand the underbelly of the big city with the economic growth, on the other the cenotaphs of the Rajputs and the silk saris of tradition. Though complying to the orientalized view of India by the general public, it offers a transparency of execution which is the trademark of its perfumer, Bertrand Duchaufour.
